This 1941 Packard 120 was the subject of a very recent – 2005 – high quality restoration, with extensive photo documentation.  It is beautiful and delightful in every way, from the gorgeous paint job to the wonderful and correct interior to the mechanical excellence.

Wow! Most Packard 120’s don’t get a beautiful restoration like this – it’s one of the nicest Packard 120’s that I’ve ever seen!

The chrome plating is spectacular. Note the Packard Accessory driving lamps.

The tires are very fresh.  This view shows why the 120 was such a sales success – for only $1230, you got a car that looked a whole lot like the big senior 160  that cost $1,750

As nice in person as it is in these photographs

The runningboards are in beautiful condition, too

Love the runningboards! People who know these cars know how hard it is to find an excellent runningboard.

The interior is stunning – done in the correct wool broadcloth.  All that dash plastic is beautiful, too.

Beautiful steering wheel, with no cracks! Look at the dashboard, how sharp it is!  This is what I mean when I talk about how good this car is, it’s just nicer than most of the other cars left in existence.

Fantastic woodgraining on the window surrounds, beautiful doorhandles and proper leather covered armrest.

Leather edged sun visors

Nice Heater

Super clean under the dash.

Lovely rear compartment.  Again, done in the correct wool broadcloth.

Wow!

Nice, clean, Straight 8 engine! It runs as good as it looks!

Nice and fresh looking!

Nice decal on the air cleaner.  In general, a tidy and well done engine bay!

Clean trunk – with correct ribbed trunk mat , as well as the “flocked” material that re-creates what the factory did on the sheetmetal sides and floor. You don’t often see this treatment, because it’s hard to do. But, this owner figured it out! Again, most cars don’t have this level of attention to detail.

Here’s the jack and bag.

Inside the trunk as nice as the outside!

Here is just a sample of the photo documents on the restoration.  It was restored once back in 1973, and then again in the 2004 /2005 timeframe.

And they spent a lot of money getting it right!

Lots of dough spent – so you can have a more enjoyable car!

Wow! This car could be yours for way, way less than it cost to restore!
