Here’s the original English Registration book, with the original owner George Alfred Sydney Harvey, and the second owner George Rotinoff, Ltd.  Rotinoff was a builder of Heavy trucks and tractors, and would have been easily able to afford a car such as a Bentley!

.

Here’s the second page, with Bruce Warren as the final English owner, he bought the car in ’83 and sold it via an intermediary to the current owner in 2006.

Here’s a video of the Bentley!

In this photo we see the straightness of the body and paint.  The panels fit exactly as they should!

IMG_3386.

Gorgeous!

IMG_3370

Note the classic fenders, the rakish angle of the windshield, and the extreme narrowness of the windshield posts.

IMG_3371

It’s not just a Bentley – it’s a James Young bodied Bentley, setting it apart from the standard Bentleys both inside and out! James Young only made 173 Mark VI Bentleys, according to documents in the file.

IMG_3375.

Classic Razor Edge styling on the roof and trunk – Formal yet sporting at the same time!

IMG_3378.

Wonderful in Profile.

IMG_3383.

Wow!

IMG_3388.

The plating on this car is wonderful throughout.

IMG_3422.

Here is one of my favorite features of this car – the sunroof!

IMG_3403.

Beautifully restored with leather seats and wool carpeting. You’ll note the 4 speed manual gearchange near the driver’s seat.

IMG_3405.

Wow!  The Bentley factory knew how to make a good looking dashboard!  and this one looks like new, it couldn’t be any nicer! Wow!

IMG_3415.

Absolutely beautiful!

IMG_3424.

A day spent looking at this dashboard wouldn’t be a day wasted!  All of the gauges work properly.

IMG_3406.

And the beautiful wood, leather and chrome carry through to the doors!

IMG_3407.

More soft leather!

IMG_3410.

Wonderful rear compartment.

IMG_3416 .

More spectacular interior

IMG_2534 (800x600).

More great custom body details – the trunk lid and inner trunk lid with “runningboard strips” – the better to put out your picnic spread.

IMG_2535 (800x600).

And here is the open trunk, plenty of room for luggage.

IMG_3419.

The chrome is top notch!

IMG_3396.

There is the beautifully finished 6 Cylinder 4,257 CC Bentley Engine! It’s the original engine for this car, engine Number B203C, as recorded in the book “Bentley – the cars from Crewe” by Rodney Steele.  According to documents in the file, the engine was rebuilt during the ownership of Bruce Warren by the Wood Brothers in Essex, England.  Cosmetic refinishing was done more recently,  in the 2009-2011 timeframe.

IMG_3395.

Gorgeous! Note the Dual S.U. Carburettors.

IMG_3393.

Beautifully finished, and runs as good as it looks!  This car has had extensive restoration work performed to get it to show winning standards.

IMG_3397.

Wow!  The level of detail is breathtaking.  And I can tell you this car performs on the open highway too – below we’ll see a photo of it on the 2007 Arizona CCCA Caravan, about 1,000 miles of vigorous open road touring!

IMG_6451.

In 2007 it was finished in a bit darker shade of blue, and it ran super, completing the 1,000 mile tour with great success! Here it is driving through the streets of Flagstaff, AZ.

IMG_3402.

Nicely finished underhood

IMG_3417.

The original UK license number, as noted in the original Registration Book.

IMG_3409.

The window edge chrome is beautifully done.  Everywhere you look this car is gorgeous!

IMG_3412.

Here are the Classic Car Club of America trophy badges.

IMG_3418.

And the winged “B” emblem on the rear bumper.

This is a beautiful car in every respect, with excellent documented history back to new!
