Here are some photos taken at Pebble Beach - had to see some cars at the trailer farm first, and then it was up at 4:30 AM, and on the Field at 5:30 AM, and Judges meeting at 7 AM.  That first part of the day, watching the cars drive on the field, is the best - you can see and hear the cars in operation, see the headlights glowing, and in general experience the living auto, rather than the static display.  Makes all the difference!
Rich Atwell's '34 PII Rolls Convertible sedan by Brewster.
Ray Gibson's 1910 Mitchell model S7 -  3'd place winner in the antique class.
Mark Smith's 1932 Chrysler LeBaron Roadster - an awesome car in the preservation class.
Ray Scherr's first place class winning Auburn Speedster.
Roy Fisher's 1897 Henriod Duc Kellner phaeton.  Roy says " the car can burn either petrol or alcohol, but usually I drink the alcohol and the car drinks the petrol!"
Don Orosco's Class winning '32 Ford Hotrod.  My wife was going to point this out as a non-authentic color, until she realized - wait - it's not a stock vehicle!
