What a great car in profile! It is proportioned exactly right – with the driver sitting in the exact center of the wheelbase,  long hood and long chassis !

6 wire wheels, and whitewall tires make for a sporty and jaunty appearance.

1929 was the last year for 20 ” wheels.

Beautiful and correct leather interior.  Take a look at that steering wheel too, it’s wonderful.

IMG_3773 (800x533)Note the toeboard, a giant aluminum casting with diamond pattern on the surface.  And the beautifully woodgrained dashboard.  In 1929, the steering column support still attached to the outside of the dash.

IMG_3772 (800x533).

Beautifully trimmed and stitched.

Nice wood and chrome top bows.

IMG_3784 (800x533).

The chrome on this car is very nice, with just a bit of age.  Interestingly, the headlights are from a 1930 Custom 8. Overall, this car has a beautiful but older restoration.

nice and clean, with oil filter, horn and  Bijur chassis lubricator visible here. It runs great, with good oil pressure, good temperature reading and good power.
