This is a lavishly equipped and stylish car, with 359 Cubic inch straight 8, automatic transmission, Packard chrome wire wheels,  power top, power windows and power seat.  The 4 wheel drum brakes are power assisted,  and the continental rearmounted spare is standard equipment on the Caribbean model.  Of course radio and heater were also standard equipment.

Here’s a view of the dash, including the gearshift lever.  This car has had an upgrade to the Chrysler 518 overdrive automatic transmission, a great feature for touring and driving.  You can’t see it unless the car is up on a lift, and it works great and parts are readily available.

There is the 359 Cubic inch straight eight, with 212 factory rated horsepower and a 4 barrel carburetor.  It has the proper “M6”  engine number which indicates the correct 359 engine.  It also has a desirable upgrade to the cast iron cylinder head.

It runs well, has good oil pressure, and all the power you should expect !  The car has been well maintained since 2008, with records showing the work that was done.

A great looking car!  I would consider it an excellent car for tours and driving, but not a show car.  It has a few cosmetic issues, such as the re-spray to the right front fender visible in this photo, as well as other paint chips and flaws.
